Governometrics Management Consultancy Services (Governometrics) launched its newest service program, EXCELLING Phils. on 14 May 2021.
EXCELLING Phils. is a mid year strategic planning event guiding organizational leaders to bridge short term objectives and institutional vision through focused and guided intervention. Given the exigency at present, the 2021 EXCELLING Phils., 1st Strategic Meet, adopts a general theme, “Robust Organizations in Transition”.
School Community Development (SCD, TM) was the assigned program theme to open the 2021 EXCELLING Philippines, 1st Strategic Meet. This program opener was in the format of a one (1) day conference (synchronous) offered to all educators.
SCD(TM) was carefully and intricately designed to introduce participants to conventional and unconventional levers that unlock long term school significance.
Participants of SCD(TM) disclosed that it was their first time to experience attending a consulting service program in the format of a 1 day conference.
SCD(TM) has a total of 12 consulting hours. The first hour is allocated for preliminary activities, the next nine hours to consulting proper, and the last two hours to activities and output submission.
Governometrics shall have SCD(TM) as a year round service offering in online asynchronous format (your own pace) beginning 5 June 2021.
The 2021 EXCELLING Philippines, 1st Strategic Meet is scheduled to end its first season in December 2021. The half year long consulting service is enough to embolden organizational leaders to complete transitional plans for implementation next year.
