The 1st Mental Health Leadership and Strategic Management (MHLSM) Congress maybe over. But, Governometrics has just reopened this service program in asynchronous format this April 2021! Not only that, Governometrics powered its asynchronous program with AI technology!

The asynchronous consulting format is expected to provide more flexibility on the part of the participants. During the roll out of MHLSM Congress in March 2021, Governometrics noted that some of its participants relied only on evenings and weekends as well as the benevolence of internet services to gain effective access to the consulting service.
It was a blessing that some participants who enrolled in the most advanced program track requested deferment for a number of reasons. It was around then that Dr. Nolasco realized the need for the asynchronous format to consulting services of Governometrics for basic level capability building thrusts.
The asynchronous format enriches the scope of consulting services of Governometrics. For the program level of Internal Control Development, three (3) topics are added in the synchronous consulting program:
- The interplay of mental health leadership and strategic management, Mind Governance, and Humanity Framework of Governometrics
- The foundation of mental health leadership and strategic management from the fields of study of management/organizational science
- Communication, which used to be embedded in the second element of internal control development.
Furthermore, content realignment was also undertaken. The topic of personal care was replaced by more general theme, “mental hygiene”. This is to encompass the discussion of the social and institutional factors that act upon personal decisions and choices.
Moreover, capability parameters are now targeted for the content topics under each element of ICD.
The content realignment results in fuller content and faster realization of capability building.
The asynchronous format does not remove the cross disciplinary approach to content building and sharing of the consulting congress. For the foundational competency area of ICD alone, around six disciplinary perspectives were employed to build the content.
The integration of AI technology in the consulting program lends more procedural organization and power in the delivery of the content and messages being conveyed by Governometrics.
Truly, Governometrics expects the continuous run of ICD to steer public discourse on the need to pluralize the lens on mental health management, especially if brought to leadership and strategic management discourse levels.
The 2nd consulting season for ICD started on 18 April 2021 and ends on the first week of July 2021. Participants are given the freedom to choose their schedule and complete the service program between 2 and 14 days. The succeeding consulting season of ICD shall run from 10 July to 15 December 2021.
